Richard: "I'll bet you $20 I can break into Nancy Pelosi's office in Washington D.C., put my feet on her desk, and steal some of her mail!

Richards bar buddy: " STFU Richard, sit down and finish your beer"

Richard: "I'll show you"

24 hours later: Richards bar buddy is sitting down for a 2 o clock beer, turns on the TV and says to himself "son of a bitch, I guess I owe him $20"

Edit: wow my first silver, I hope it's $20 worth =)

It surprises me how many people don't understand this.

My nephew got a video camera for Christmas when he was in high school. After he opened it I said "whatever you do, don't ever film yourself doing anything illegal, because it can be used as evidence against you later." I proceeded to get an earful from brother and sister-in-law for not telling him to just never do anything illegal. Fast forward a couple of months and my nephew was the only one of his friends that didn't get in trouble for posting videos of himself doing illegal things.

I'm counting that as a win as an uncle.
