WASHINGTON (KKTV) - The Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for help from people with identifying those involved in the violence displayed at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

A violent mob stormed the U.S. Capitol and forced lawmakers into hiding, in a stunning attempt to overturn America’s presidential election. One woman was shot and killed during the riot.

“The FBI is accepting tips and digital media depicting rioting and violence in the U.S. Capitol Building and surrounding area in Washington, D.C., on January 6, 2021,” a post on the FBI website reads.
