I founded an eco-village where we can live for next to nothing. My small house, the land and cheap space at an old factory will cost 30.000-35.000$ and yearly cost will be around 1000$ for house, power, water and internet, extra 1000$ a year for a workshop at the factory. The garden is big and can produce 70-80% of our food.
That was the only plan I could afford as a retirement plan.
