i don't understand copyrights today at all. isn't Strauss in public domain? orchestra playing, orchestra uploaded. where is the problem?

edit: thank you all for the input. i see there is no much place for discussion left, since we as society have given the rights to decide to corporations, as individuals we have no way to challenge what ever bullshit rules and laws they come up. we are forced to play their game by their rules. guilty before proven innocent. and from what i gather most are complying. sad.

Weird. The channel this is from is named "Musikverein", which is one of the biggest classical concert halls in Vienna and the one where the concert took place. However they only have two videos online, and do not claim to be the official representation of the venue. The video posted is copied from the BBC.

In short I call bullshit. This is a random person pretending to be the Musikverein. In that case the strike is fair.
