In our country we have voting on Sunday and if you can't on Sunday, you can come to designated voting areas to cast your vote earlier. Would this work in USA?

"national holidays" are the busiest days of the year in service industries, almost across the board
if there's only one day for voting, and it's a national holiday, it could conceivably actually make it harder for many low-income workers to vote
