My best memories as a child was power outages, my parents would take out old games like pick up sticks and uno for us to play with them. My dad had his own business and worked alot, but he was always there during a power outage at night. I loved those games with them and will always keep those memories close.
My parents were the same 😔. I was fucking happy and always full of joy growing up although both my parents didn't even graduate from HS. They worked their butts off and still managed to make us so damn happy. I don't deserve them man. They're the fucking best 😖
