They’re “mentally ill” and “just need help.” I know it’s hard to remember this distinction so always remember the brown paper bag test. Hold up a bag and if they’re lighter than that bag then they need help and deserve the benefit of the doubt apparently. It doesn’t make any goddamn sense but it must be the litmus test because otherwise we’re letting white terrorists run free all over the fucking place.
And the cops did nothing. Yet here they are, just a few days later in the same city, instigating conflict with and wildly pepper-spraying peaceful jail support activists.
