Me over here, who despite having a 3070, is waiting for CDPR to do what it always does - spend a solid year working on the game post-launch and then sell the game for like $10-15 after everyone's already bought it.
R7 3700x and 2080ti... Minimal dickering with the settings to improve fps. I've been avoiding most of the discussions because I firmly believe a game shouldn't be released if it requires top tier hardware to be enjoyable.
However it's very enjoyable with top tier hardware.

Actually 900 p medium on 1050 ti good for me .1080 p low on main quests .but it not good for outdoor . So i play 900 p while messing around the map
