Happened to my buddy and his roommates. One got drunk and fell down the stairs and put a hole in the wall. One of them thought it would be a good idea to put up a “Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen” poster to cover the wall. They were grown men by the way.
It stayed there for two years until they moved out. The landlord did the final walk through, saw the poster and said “there is a hole behind that poster isn’t there?”
