Be interesting to see if the owner is intelligent enough to just cut a slit down one side then unwrap the car, or if they spend hours peeling it all off layer by layer.

Had a similar neighbor, until one day his car broke and I didn't have to hear it for around 2 weeks. He eventually got it back fixed and when I heard it again for the first time I was enraged. So cue me storming outside in my dressing gown and nocking far harder than I should have on his window, to then unleash a years worse of frustration on him for waking me up every night/morning because he sat there just revving his engine all the time (he says it was to "warm up" the car).

Anyway, my partner told me that 2 days later he walked past the house whilst walking our dog and could here his missus absolutely screaming the house down at him to get rid of the car because "it wakes me up, it wakes the neighbors up and they all hate us now, and tbh I'm starting to hate you as well". I felt so vindicated after feeling like I'd overreacted for that 2 day interim.
