Original Post started the journey there. The Facebook post was written by his trainer, and yes, he spelled Jared wrong at first and misquotes it as 0% body fat, not possible. I’m aware of those mistakes in his original Facebook post. The right hand picture is from Jared’s referenced ‘gram account. Not sure if linking here will get post shadowed or removed. Let me know if linking is allowed. He started tracking his journey with his first account from my first post and now has 73k people supporting him and his pursuit to be as healthy as he can be.
Cystic Fibrosis unfortunately has to live daily with Jared and Jared beats the crap out of CF every day he can.

I follow him on IG, he’s super inspiring. To this day he deals with a lot of heath issues but he’s still super fitness dedicated.
