I remember him going back to revisit restaurants from previous seasons. It was shocking how many of the owners had simply proceeded to ignore everything they had learned from their being on the show. And then there were of course those restaurants that had closed. Where presumably the owner had simply realised the business just wasn't for them. Which is, I guess, better than struggling for years and years with something you're never going to be any good at.
