https://justiceforgoohara.carrd.co/ ALSO, I'd like to request you to sign in this petition against her abusive ex-boyfriend. All the details about the case and instructions to successfully sign in are in this site.

this is good news, one of the many laws that needed serious "updating". especially after her abuser got virtually zero punishment for what he did to her. i'm just beyond sad.

fuck YEAH! SUCK IT EVIL MOTHER hope shes

hopefully goo hara can rest in peace fully now

Holy shit, this is like some Frank Ocean's daddy teas. How do you not feel shame for abandoning your children, yet wanting to collect their death benefits? So glad this evil woman isn't getting anything. If you don't take care of your children you shouldn't expect shit from them.

Did Ocean's dad try something after Frank's brother was killed?

Naw, it was when Frank first hit big on the scene and his deadbeat piece of shit dad decided to sue him for money just because he was his father and I guess he thought he deserved money for being a sperm donor (just like this woman thinks she deserves money for being an egg donor)? It got thrown out.

I'm glad that this passed, her mother is so selfish thinking that she has a right to half of Hara inheritance when she wasn't there at all when Hara and her brother when they were growing up and the fact much about her and her attitude came out and that she deny all of it is such bullshit.

Come closer and tell me more about this evil bitch. What came out and what was she denying?

She lied about so many things.

- Friends of Hara said that at Hara funeral her mother ask to take pictures with her since they were all famous

- She kind of deny that she abandon them and said she only because their father was abusive which her brother and father deny and said that she was cheating on him and that she was acting more like she rather be single than be a mother

- She lived a few houses down from Hara but never visited her

- She claim that they had a great relationship but her brother and I think a segment with Hara journal and read that her relationship with her mother is basically non-existence

- She went TV for the first time and deny all of this and one of the reasons she want half of the inheritance is because her sister told that she deserves it when in reality she doesn't

There so much more and I read that she was hoping that this act shouldn't passed but it did and I'm glad that it passed. I've been following this case since the beginning and the more that came out about the more angry I get.

I was reading about Goo Hara like a month ago. Her mother is just so sickeningly wrong :( I'm glad that her brother is fighting for her.

Will the law passing apply to her estate or just those going forward?

in the bro's IG post he says it wont change their current case but will be for going forward. so its really good theyre doing this even though it wont even help themselves.

in her brothers insta post, he stated that it wouldn’t effect the family:

“I have submitted a legislative petition for the establishment of a “Goo Hara Act” because I hope that no more families will have to go through the pain that my family is going through, which will mean that my sister’s death does not go in vain.

I’m well aware that even if the “Goo Hara Act” passes, it will not apply to my family’s issue.”

I feel so bad for her brother but I'm glad he got this victory

i’m very glad this passed! it’s really admirable that her brother was fighting for it, even while in mourning ❤️

I know she’s so proud of him 😭 What a great brother. And that mother can go fucking rot

Silver linings I guess. Wish they'd do something about that archaic law that let her ex boyfriend off with a slap on the wrist. he's scum.

That's wonderful news, this must've been such a horrible thing for her brother to go through, but it's really admirable that he's pushed so hard for it even knowing it won't affect his case. He's a good brother.

He really loved Hara and I’ll forever be grateful he keeps fighting for her

Omg your Dahyun icon, those photos of her were so beautiful

This poor girl's story was so sad.

their mother is a vile opportunist. I'm glad this went through and that her brother kept pushing for it.

After the singer's passing, their absent mother filed a lawsuit in order to receive half of the singer's inheritance as "she is her mother and has the right to it".

That is such father like behavior, fuck this woman.

What does it mean - father like behaviour?

Good, fuck those shitty ass parents. They don't deserve anything from their kids they abused and abandoned.

This makes me so emotional, so glad her brother got justice. Glad this great act can live on in her name.
