Adopted two "undesirable cats" at the Animal Shelter- a very scared feral kitten (still trying to get a good face pic) and the fattest cat in the building- I already love them so much!

Ooh, two calicos! Nice! I have two, right now. They are both very sassy.

My younger cat was a young feral when we got her. She was super scared/angry for quite a while, but I worked with her every day, and now she insists on sleeping right next to me, and is super affectionate.

Make sure to give the Feral plenty of time. We adopted a Feral from a shelter that had been returned to the shelter because he was not affectionate enough. At first he was very scared and hid and hissed a lot. It has now been almost three years and he is the sweetest cat. He loves attention now and spends most of his time near us.
