A couple years back, my ex & I looked at a house and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what we had been looking for for months. One of their basement walls had these sturdy steel shelves the entire width of the wall. I thought nothing of it but the inspector made them move the shelves out so he could see that back wall. It looked very similar to that. Would’ve been close to $50k to fix it. We backed out of the deal then my ex backed out of the relationship
