The congregation I work for usually has a large shared dinner for Thanksgiving. This year families are delivering to single people. I’m an employee but they asked to include me. I almost said no but the family that needed someone to share with was so excited I couldn’t say no. So, I didn’t cook for one today and I get a nice meal delivered from lovely people.
