Call them first please. Don't just show up with a box full of wires and games. Some places have plenty, others have protocols on what/how they can receive donations, especially with covid still a concern.
Other places that might be able to use a system are daycares and children learning centers. And even senior living facilities. You can also call your state's foster care system and let them know you want to donate and they might be able to find a home for it, whether at one of their offices where kids end up waiting a lot or with a family that takes in kids.
Also remember to make sure to reset your to-be donated consoles so your data is gone.

Depends on the location. I wanted to donate to a hospital but many places are not taking any used products because of the pandemic.
