The one that's going to work is the one you can stay on.

The most perfect diet in the world is worthless if you can't stand to stay on it for more than a couple of days.

My co-workers tried to make me feel like an asshole for mentioning that I lost weight during quarantine saying it’s “impossible” and they could never do that.

I’m proud of myself. I lost 20lbs. I’d like to lose another 20lbs to be the same weight I was in during university.

I stopped eating chips, cookies and stopped drinking pop and juice. Mostly eat meat and vegetables, sometimes rice for breakfast. Was a bit more active (literally just started doing a bunch of push-ups every day, with the occasional run). Less alcohol (didn’t eliminate it entirely I’m not a maniac).

Here’s to another 20.
