Serious thought though, we've been calling out Trump rallies as super-spreader events. This is similar to that. I know it's outdoors, but people are in close contact and not wearing masks. The big problem is that it'll lead to new infections.

My secondary concern is that it'll give validation to covid-skeptic conservatives who have been saying that it'll disappear after November 3.

Edit: Thank you for the replies everyone.

I'm adding a couple of points based on the comments I recieved

Agree that most people here and in events like the George Floyd protests were wearing masks. But I do see at least 3 maskless folks in this picture, and images like this will be on continuous loop at Fox news for a week as an example of liberal hypocrisy. It'll just push more people to take covid less seriously.

These are probably spontaneous displays of happiness, it's understandable. The last 4 years have been tough. What pissed me off a little was the fact that Biden's victory speech/event was in-person and somewhat crowded. Every single one of his events so far has been highly distanced, so why go in person now? It just sets a bad example, IMO

Congratulations to everyone on this election..... its been tough, to say the least.... we've all aged.

I'm pretty liberal but this is stupid. You can't spend months rightfully critiquing Trump events for being super spreaders then pull this shit...
