Get rid of the Electoral College and you get rid of the minority tyranny of the GOP forever. They have won precisely 1 popular vote for POTUS in the last 8 7 elections including this one. That one time was during a war time president post 9/11. That same president lost the popular vote in 2000 and was appointed in a grey area BS decision by the SCOTUS.
