She filed a federal lawsuit in June of 2013.
Stevens vs. Atlantic Automotive Group, Inc.
The case was dismissed in Sept. of 2014. "with prejudice and with no award of attorney's fees, costs of disbursements..."
Federal Court Docket.
According to a couple of sources, Stevens and Atlantic Automotive reached a settlement and then Stevens agreed to dismiss her case.

Since when is four weeks "too long" to recover from surgery?! At my work we've had people take six months off following surgery before
