I'm color blind, but not totally, I just mix some tons of green with some tons of red. Sometimes blue and purple is hard to distinguish from each other too. I only discovered it as an adult, when I was at the doctor and they had those circle drawings and I casually looked into it. It doesn't change anything, because I can still distinguish the most common tones, so I always know if something is red or green for example (for example, the red ball in the OP post is very clear for me).
