Mitchell Miller, 14, appeared in court with his attorney, Kati Tharp, and parents, John and Shelli Miller. Mitchell and Hunter McKie were accused of making Isaiah Meyer-Crothers, also 14, eat a candy push pop after wiping it in a bathroom urinal. Surveillance video also showed the boys punching and kicking Isaiah, who has developmental disabilities.
I’m a firm believer in second chances for sure, but the fact that he never actually apologized, and it was reported that teams didn’t feel like he had much remorse? Yeahhh that’s not a pick I would have made

Seems like the kid had every chance to apologize and try to be a better person and he didn't do it. This is really sad.
