If you want to watch propaganda in action, read ACB's lack of qualifications, and then listen to every single conservative republican say how absolutely qualified ACB is, since the day her nomination began.
One thing I’ll say in her defense (I am utterly against not just this hypocritical nomination process but nearly every position she takes and view she holds) when you are a federal judge, inherently the selection process is concerned with the civil to criminal ratio you have experience with.
Even federal judges who do a lot of criminal work also simultaneously have a lot of civil work they will be doing. As much criminal shit there is, there is more civil work.
So doing a lot of civil work is not something we should critique her for. It is something that you need to be selected as a federal judge in order to seem “qualified”
Says more about the federal system if anything.
That being said, all of the other bullets, plus many more, are valid critiques against her.
