If the person who got to bring him to the operating room didn't say "Come with me if you want to live." then this whole universe has been fucking pointless.
I've been sitting here all week freaking out about a valve repair/replacement surgery I'm going to need in the next few weeks. I was looking for something to make me feel better and this fits the bill.

A lot of people don't know that the pillow he has is for hugging when you have to cough or sneeze because your chest hurts like hell for a few weeks.
