Biden specifically spoke with Lindsey Graham about this and Graham said it was fine.
Literally the GOP literally asked Obama to do the thing they’re mad at Biden for. Kinda like that time McConnell blamed Obama for the GOP passing a law against Obama’s wishes because Obama said it would cause more problems than it would solve and when the GOP ignored his warning anyway and it did exactly what Obama said it would, McConnell said Obama didn’t do enough to stop him.
My current favorite is a video out that’s viral among conservatives about how the narrator can prove that the Biden’s are the most corrupt political family in history.
