I never understood why people are against this. In my head, I don’t think Bucky wanted it. Think of it, for decades all this man has known is violence and death. I think he wants to move past it and live peacefully. Sort of like Steve chose to do.
Bucky is a good man too, he was just brainwashed by HYDRA. The real reason people wanted it is because after two movies (Winter Soldier and Civil War) entirely about Steve and Bucky's friendship, it felt weird for Steve to abandon him to go back to the past without some really significant moment between them

I have no issue with any of the three being Captain America. They are all worth the mantle.
