Those details were outlined in a memo The Times obtained, which was written by a Hoover Institution board member and hedge fund consultant, William Callanan, amid three days of meetings with White House advisers.

YouTube said Thursday that it would no longer allow content that targets individuals and groups with conspiracy theories, specifically QAnon and its antecedent, "pizzagate.".

While not a blanket ban, YouTube expects the new policy to have a significant impact on the remaining QAnon content.
