Portal is back, and the deadline is likely to be extended.
Maybe the state will consider having some redundancy for their data centers but maybe pigs will fly too.
Edit for more info: Route 10 has had utility relocations going on for a while ahead of an upcoming widening. One of the crews hit a Verizon line this morning. That's it.

The Florida voter registration website went down right before the deadline as well. They just extended the deadline.
