A lot of states and counties have extra tenant protections rn. Check these laws and contact management ASAP. They should want to keep you as a tenant.

Wow, they’ll fix your sink?
My landlord (large real estate corporation) has suspended most repairs because so many people aren’t paying rent. But, like you, I have been. This includes not repairing safety issues, like broken steps.
