Nintendo have announced that they are permanently reducing the price of single Joy-Con (L) / (R) to just ¥3,740 + tax from next month.

From Friday, November 6th, 2020, the price of a single Joy-Con (L) / (R) will be revised from ¥4,928 (¥4,480 + tax) to ¥4,114 (¥3,740 + tax) in Japan. Available Joy-Con colours include Grey, Neon Red, Neon Blue, Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Red, and Neon Pink.

No plans have been announced to reduce the price of the Joy-Con (L) / (R) Controller Set, which is priced at ¥8,228 (¥7,480 + tax), and exactly double the revised single Joy-Con price. It’s also not been confirmed at the time of posting whether other regions will follow suit.

How much are they now? In the US two Joy cons are $80 so isn't this just $5 cheaper
