Seeing the documentary Steve-o: demise and rise about 8 years ago scared the shit out of me and made me take a hard look at my drug use. I remember after I watched it pouring my cocaine down the sink. I didn't fully quit after that but definitely took a big step back from it so that it would be a rare occasion.
Is it weird how watching this dude staple dollar bills to his chest and get deathly ill falling into a gnarly drainage ditch off a unicycle were such formative memories of my adolescence? Either way I'm glad he's gotten his shit right, sincerely.

I’ve heard him interviewed a few times recently. Sounds like he’s in a very good place.
