Reminds me of my first job at Ace Hardware when I was 16. Customer bought a pallet of concrete and showed up around back in a late '80 early '90 Toyota truck. I asked him if he was sure it would handle the weight. Ya no problem he said. So I load it in the bed and to my surprise it only went down like maybe an inch or two. Unfortunately neither of us noticed that when he backed up to the loading dock his tow hitch just cleared it and was supporting all the weight. So as soon as he drove off it smashed down. Was expecting the leaf springs to be bent the wrong way. I don't know how but that little truck just kept on going.
