Districts have invested how much money in getting zoom running for the school semester--I think the idea of "snow days" is going to be retired soon.

Inclement weather will be replaced by tele-education.

We lived in Colorado for years, average snowfall over 200 some inches per year. Never once closed school because of snow.

When we moved and the town closed down over any snow, I made fun of them. Until I had to drive in it. That evil white stuff that passes for snow is slippery as snot in humid climates.

Here in central Illinois, we almost never cancel school due to snow, it's almost always due to ice. We usually don't get enough snow to be a problem
