Did people really go after her for a $250 cut-and-color? In a larger/high cost of living american city that's basically the standard cost for a long hair style color job at a reputable salon, before tip. Stylists can't charge much less than that if they want to put food on the table since coloring can take an hour+ and involves multiple products. Plus it's skilled labor.
