I looked into this years ago when it first came out and she wasn’t bulling anyone. She’s a traveler and she was seeing a boy her mother didn’t approve of so this is what the mother did to her to make her ugly for him since she felt she was a slut! So only the mom is a bully

I have heard that the mom shaved off the daughter's hair because the mom found out that she posted nude pics on the internet
