I had the same “class” of surgery three years ago, but on my maxilla. The recovery was brutal, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The results were life-changing; my underbite was immediately undone and I stopped snoring basically as soon as the blood clots cleared out of my sinuses. And, I actually smile with an open mouth now.
