I know someone who went on a "missionary trip" with their church group to the French Riviera. Lol

I'm in South Africa, roughly 80 percent of the country identified as Christian in 2019. Since this is higher than the USA maybe we should start sending you missionaries instead?

Edit: link to world religion percentages. South Africa listed as 86% Christian. https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/401.html

USA fact page (religion is under the people and society tab). Protestant 46.5%, Catholic 20.8%, Mormon 1.6% and other Christian 0.9%. Thus a total of 69.8%

And yes, they do come here. My first church experience was at a Baptist Church run by Southern missionaries

So many Christians forget or ignore the problems (opportunities for missions) going on in front of them. My pastor and several others would always say this even on a mission trip. “Don’t forget about the fight at home. There are thousands of things to do there.” And I never did any of it. I just went home and ignored everything outside of my four walls and a roof. It’s shameful
