There were 3 passengers, including the victim who all sustained terrible injuries. One of them has had to learn how to walk again. None were wearing a seatbelt except for the accused (the driver), he got away with only a broken wrist.
Thankfully there was DNA evidence of his on the drivers airbag, so the girl that he tried to blame it on could be proven innocent. Absolute scum
