Awesome! I was looking forward to the second game, but hopefully this means updates can come incrementally and keep the game fresh instead of a huge drop of new stuff.
This sounds like it’s going to be much harder for them to do though. I mean almost all the updates they want to do end with “we don’t really know how to do it and have no ETA, but we’re trying!”
While I know there’s only a handful of devs and they’re doing what they can (which is very much appreciated), I feel that just starting from the ground up would almost take a shorter amount of time than them digging into this spaghetti code and attempting to fix stuff that’s incredibly hard to recode (I would assume).
Overall just hope it works. Game is really fun and a neat niche. Just hope they’re not making the decision that’s going to be more difficult for them
