I had this conversation with my parents. We’ce been so brainwashed by the 1% to thinking supporting the bottom 50% means wasting the money and giving it to lazy people. Meanwhile, they don’t bat an eye at some billionaire moving a company out of their country to save a couple million and just say “oh well that’s life” while that company still gets millions from the government. It’s a sad reality
