That's not how I interpreted the picture. I thought the message was that us sells weapons to people that blow up kids (not necessarily with intention).
UK do same thing. Sell weapons and jets to Saudis in return for oil. Saudis bomb Yemen, UK one biggest aid suppliers to Yemen. As Frank Boyle said “when life gives you Yemen, you get Yemen aid”
I can't speak for the US, but having researched UK involvement in the Saudi bombing of Yemen (which, though this post is old, is still ongoing to this day, British bombs fell on the capital only a few days ago) our involvement goes far past just selling them the bombs. We also send personnel to Saudi Arabia to train their military, provide maintenance and mechanical assistance.
Basically, we do everything up until dropping the bomb and then relinquish responsibility. It's pretty fucked up.
Even more fucked up is that the British media is absolutely silent about this. I found out through a Reddit comment and then did my own research, which was almost entirely from foreign news sources.
