Maybe the campaign needs to change then. Focusing on Ms Taylor's name got us nowhere. Maybe ads and billboards with her killer's faces on them would move public opinion more.
For decades politicians have sold a law and order agenda which protects police using the idea that a criminal could come to your house and to hurt your family. Perhaps it's time to use that same message against the police.

Ngl a law is very significant thing, it helps change alot of things in future and will cement her legacy forever
Ofcourse, still no excuse to not arrest the culprits. That should be priority no.1
