There’s a swatting story kind of similar. The police call a house where they suspect a man has taken hostages to talk with the suspect. The person is autistic or some kind of disability. He answers the door with the phone in his hand gets a bullet to the face because the cops think it’s a gun. He didn’t even have to absorb the fleet of armored cars and officers pointing guns at him. I don’t think any officer was charged and the swatter took full legal responsibility or his death, which is fair. But that kind of trigger happiness deserves consequences.
If you watch the video you can clearly see he was in the middle of dropping to his knees and putting his gun down when he realized they were cops and the cop behind him shot him in the back on his knees. It was a literal execution.

Watching the video is disgusting, wouldn’t recommend it, the cops obviously just wanted to murder someone.
