I imagine this being in a museum centuries from now. What an astonishing accomplishment. Assuming you built it up with even layers and cut the texturing into it to reveal those layers, that's a sequence of delicate steps culminating with the ability to make such an elegant and even pattern. And any one of those movements could go wrong and ruin the whole thing (as I'm sure you did a million times while perfecting your ability). Just wow.
