So if I use Xbox All Access to buy my Xbox Series X, does the $35/month eventually go down to $15/month once I "pay off" the console itself?

I have about a year of Ultimate left on my account. Does anyone know what happens with that if I end up going the All Access route? I assume the remainder of my Ultimate just gets tacked on after two years?
