This chart, or at least the figures on it, are a few years old now. While these figures aren't drastically reduced, they have shifted a noticeable amount. Yellow zone passwords aren't as secure and can be cracked in an amount of time that isn't unfeasible to motivated parties.

How are these cracked into? Don't most websites only give you 3 chances before shutting down and making you use email?
