Pictured from right to left: Dr. Phil Chatnum, Dr. Gwen Hemmer, dog named Ash, two research assistants, dog named Buddy, third Research assistant, food truck driver Billy Abrum. /s

Edit: Updated to include dog’s name.

Edit: Include other dog’s name.

Edit: “/s” this is strictly satire for anyone who didn’t realize it. I don’t know anyone’s name. This comment was meant to make fun of how RA’s get screwed and that “Billy” sorta looks out of place. Will include link to actual names if found, but I do not see an actual article for this picture anywhere.

Serious question: How often are people finding new dino bones? Obviously archeologists are a thing and new discoveries are made, but is it a expanding field?

Do we have a solid grasp by now of where most dinosaurs were and how to find thier bones, or is there still luck involved in this sorta thing?

Asking because I LOVE dinos and would love to keep alive the dream I may someday accidentally find one in my backyard.
