Acne is horrid. I had a mild case of cystic acne when I was about 16 before birth control. And what makes it worse is the massively dumb comments and suggestions idiots make. Have you tried washing your face or you must eat so many sweets so cut down and you won’t have any spots. It grinds you down. I still get a few spots down like hello face have you noticed I’m not a teenager anymore.
I was in the army with a guy who had cystic acne so bad, his skin was almost translucent. There were times we'd be sitting around, bullshitting, and his face would start bleeding or leaking puss.
Always felt so bad for him. Looked like skeletor, but was the nicest dude in the world.
