My English teacher assigned us to write a short story focusing on the five senses. I wrote a vivid first-person account of a helicopter pilot in shock, slowly choking to death on his own blood after a crash landing. He ended up calling my parents.
We had a creative writing on “what if you were a penguin” and I just watched some documentary on penguins where one was killed by a seal. So I said I’d probably get killed by a seal.
The correct answer was “slide on my belly into the water”
My assignment was to write a story about sharing only I wrote it about 2 birds sharing a worm but from the perspective of the worm. I wrote what it felt as it was torn apart and then saw them eating its body from “worm heaven” my teacher scheduled a meeting with my parents after that
